We're Canada's largest balloon gathering, creating lasting memories for our festival-goers every year. Our festival is all about music and the wonder of ballooning. 

From August 7 to 9 and August 13 to 16, 2024, with flights scheduled from August 7 to 16, renewing our commitment to a 10-day hot air ballooning experience.

The first registration phase is now open! Fill in the registration form here.

The first registration phase ends on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Don't miss this chance to complete your form and participate in the 43rd edition, while also being featured in our communications for the official launch of the program!

We want to gather as much information as possible to showcase the pilots and their hot-air balloons at the official launch of our program.

By filling in the registration form now, you're helping us to highlight your hot-air balloons in our communication tools. Your participation in this first stage will boost your visibility and enable us to share your story and your exploits with festival-goers.

If you would like to present a special shape at our next event, please let us know by sending your available balloons to our manager at sroy@montgolfieres.com

To add an additional pilot, go to the "Aircraft" section of the registration form and add him/her. The second pilot will also have to fill in his own form to provide his personal information.

It will not be possible in the registration form to save your information and return later. To simplify the process, we recommend that you prepare the following documents:

• Photo of the pilot;
• Photo of the balloon;
• The balloon's registration letters;

You'll also be asked to share your story and your exploits in order to increase your visibility on our platforms. Here are just a few of the questions we'll be asking: 

• Number of years participating in the festival;
• Years of experience as a pilot;
• Number of hours of free flight accumulated;
• Countries visited by hot-air balloon; 
• Prizes won;
• Records achieved;
• Special projects;
• Anecdotes.

The validation process will take place at the end of winter 2026. 

We will keep you informed in good time about the next registration phase. You will then be able to complete additional information, including :

• Required documents
• Paying passenger flights
• Pursuit teams
• Activities
• Other information
